Ingredients
- 20 pitted dates
- 1 foie gras in a cloth
- 1 plate of sliced smoked duck breast
- Cure-dents
Preparation
- Using a knife heated under water, slice the foie gras with a cloth into rounds of approximately ½ cm, then cut them in half to make “half-moons”.
- Cut the date in half and sandwich the foie gras in the date.
- Wrap everything in a slice of smoked duck breast and prick with a toothpick.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
You can freeze the remaining foie gras in a tea towel if you don't plan to use it in the following days.
