    • 1 foie gras in a cloth
    • 1 plate of sliced ​​smoked duck breast

    1. Using a knife heated under water, slice the foie gras with a cloth into rounds of approximately ½ cm, then cut them in half to make “half-moons”.
    2. Cut the date in half and sandwich the foie gras in the date.
