Avocado carpaccio with smoked duck breast

A starter that can be served as an aperitif or breakfast!
Ingredients
- 1 C. tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
- 1 C. tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) chopped French shallot
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 plate of sliced smoked duck breast
- 1 C. tbsp (15 ml) La Belle Excuse balsamic cream
- Mill pepper
Preparation
- In a small bowl, combine the oil, lemon juice and shallot. To book.
- Cut the avocados into thin slices.
- On a serving plate, alternately place the avocado slices and the smoked duck breast.
- Add the shallot mixture and drizzle with balsamic cream. Season generously with pepper and serve!
